Directions to Grampians Pioneer Cottages
You will find us at the Grampians in Western Victoria, just a peaceful 7 minutes from Halls Gap.
If you're coming from Stawell…
From the main highway take the Halls Gap road.
Just after the 70 km per hr sign TURN LEFT onto the Ararat/Pomonal road.
Drive about 4 Kms.
Just before a rise in the road there are 2 blue reflective road signs on the left – one for Grampians Pioneer Cottages.
TURN RIGHT into Birdswing Road and follow the unsealed road for about 1 km.
Take the second driveway on the right (it's sign posted) and follow the road up to the office in the Corrugated Iron Cottage where you will find us.
IIf you're coming from Ararat…
Continue following the main street straight through town toward the Grampians.
When you get to Moyston follow the road around to the right.
Follow this road through Pomonal.
About 5 kms from Pomonal you will see 2 blue reflective road signs on the right – one for Grampians Pioneer Cottages.
TURN LEFT into Birdswing Road and follow the unsealed road for about 1 km.
Take the second driveway on the right (it's sign posted) and follow the road up to the office in the Corrugated Iron Cottage where you will find us.
Be aware of the kangaroos, especially on our road and driveway, as they're prone to jump out across the road.
Also please observe the speed limits in the small towns as the radars are often there and they catch heaps.
